ReplyDeleteI am trying to think if any book I read would not be considered for banning :) Actually I don't get the whole idea behind banning--I always read above my age range.

ReplyDeleteThe Hunger Games was banned for having Satanic elements? I don't remember Satan, or the worship of him, in there at all:) I'll give them the violence though. Love that series so much:)

ReplyDeleteI am laughing so so so hard at some of the reasons these books were banned. Like the mommy is pregnant book. Oh it talks about sex huh? That is SHOCKING. Same with Hunger Games. How in the world is that anti-family??? Katniss goes into the games to save her sister. *sigh* I still think banning books at all is ridiculous.

ReplyDeleteWhen I read, I don't even think if these books are banned or not. I usually find out later, that this books has been banned. Then I'm thinking: Why? I don't understand the banning of prohibiting books.
